The only type of Q cake made entirely from milkfish that does not contain red bean paste, and absolutely no MSG or preservatives are added. Made from the only two boneless fillets of milkfish from the back, also known as "one-tau golden meat," hence the name "one-tau golden cake." The fish fillet is first treated with a milk spa and then stir-fried into fish floss, resulting in a rich, mild flavor without any fishy taste.
