The first and only of its kind in Taiwan, featuring unique flavors and exclusive production, this is the only Q cake made entirely from milkfish without the addition of red bean paste, MSG, or preservatives. It uses only the two boneless fillets from the back of the milkfish, also known as "one liang golden meat," thus named "one liang golden cake." The fillets are first treated with milk for a SPA-like process, then stir-fried into fish floss, resulting in a rich, mild texture without any fishy taste.
