Ming Hsin Food - Dongning Branch Introduction
The first of its kind in Taiwan, with unique flavors and exclusively produced, this is the only Q cake made entirely of milkfish without any bean paste added, and it does not contain MSG or preservatives. It is made using the two boneless fillets from the back of the milkfish, known as "one tael golden meat," hence the name "one tael golden cake." The fish fillets are first treated with a milk spa and then stir-fried into fish floss, resulting in a rich, mild flavor with no fishy taste.
