Ming Hsin Food - Dongning Branch Introduction
The first of its kind in Taiwan, uniquely flavored and exclusively produced, this is the only type of Q cake made entirely from milkfish without any red bean paste, and absolutely free of MSG and preservatives. It uses only the two boneless fillets from the back of the milkfish, also known as "one-tael golden meat," hence it is called one-tael golden cake. The fish fillet is first treated with milk for a spa-like process and then stir-fried into fish floss, resulting in a rich, gentle flavor with no fishy taste.
