It contains no added MSG or preservatives. The cake is made from the two boneless fillets located on the back of the milkfish, also known as "golden meat." Therefore, it is called the "Golden Cake." The fish fillets are first spa-treated with milk and then stir-fried into fish floss, resulting in a rich and mellow flavor without any fishy taste.
