The first of its kind in Taiwan, with unique flavors and exclusive production, this Q cake is made entirely from milkfish without adding any red bean paste, MSG, or preservatives. It uses the two boneless fillets from the back of the milkfish, known as "one tael of golden meat," hence it is called "one tael golden cake." The fish fillets are first spa-treated with milk and then sautéed into fish floss, giving it a mild and rich flavor without any fishy taste.
