She hopes to offer healthy, handmade cookies and cakes at affordable prices, making it easier for loving parents to purchase them. Handmade cookies have always been the flagship product of "Paris Street 6," made without any preservatives or chemicals. Customers enjoy not synthetic flavors, but the true taste and sweetness derived from real fruit fibers, aiming to savor the sweetness born from Taiwan's land and provide authentic flavors for the next generation. Ying-Chen is concerned about the increasing youth demographic among kidney dialysis patients in Taiwan and hopes her efforts can contribute, albeit modestly, to the health of the people. The "Traditional Almond Cake" and "Coffee Black Brick" are popular items in the shop, refreshing the traditional almond cake while preserving the taste cherished by older generations and adding elements loved by modern youth. The "Coffee Black Brick," developed in response to contemporary health trends, is made with brown sugar and original bean coffee, making it portable and healthy.
