Rue de Paris 6 Introduction
"Paris 6th Street" is a dream of a grandmother in her teenage years. Huang Ying-Chen, who has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, once dreamed of opening her own café. After traveling to many countries, she fell in love with the relaxed and comfortable pace of Europe, which inspired the idea of "Paris 6th Street." With her grandchildren also enjoying cookies and cakes, Ying-Chen decided to venture into the unfamiliar yet beloved baking industry, hoping to provide parents who love their children with healthy and安心手工製作的餅乾、蛋糕 at an affordable price. Handcrafted cookies are the main product at "Paris 6th Street," made without any preservatives or leavening agents, offering the genuine taste of real fruit fibers and sweetness, showcasing the sweetness cultivated from the land of Taiwan, and aiming to give the next generation an authentic taste experience. Ying-Chen is worried about the increasing number of younger dialysis patients in Taiwan and hopes to contribute in a small way to the health of her fellow citizens through her persistence. The "Traditional Almond Cake" and "Coffee Black Brick" are popular products in the shop, reinventing the classic almond cake while preserving traditional flavors and incorporating elements loved by modern youth.
