Rue de Paris 6 Introduction
"Paris 6th Street" is a dream of a grandmother from the Showa era. Huang Ying-Chen, who had been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, dreamed of opening her own coffee shop since she was young. Having traveled to many countries, she was particularly fond of the relaxed and comfortable pace of Europe, which inspired the idea of "Paris 6th Street." Additionally, her grandchildren's love for cookies and cakes encouraged Ying-Chen to bravely enter the unfamiliar yet enjoyable baking industry. She hopes to provide parents with healthy and安心手工製作的 cookies and cakes at an affordable price. Handmade cookies have always been the signature product of "Paris 6th Street," made without preservatives or leavening agents; what customers taste are not synthetic flavors but the true fruity fibers and sweetness, reflecting the sweetness nurtured by Taiwanese land. Ying-Chen is concerned that the population of those undergoing dialysis in Taiwan is becoming increasingly younger, and she hopes her efforts can contribute to public health in a small way. The "Traditional Almond Cake" and "Coffee Black Brick" are popular products in the store, giving traditional almond cookies a fresh new look while preserving the taste cherished by the older generation and adding elements favored by modern youth. The "Coffee Black Brick," launched in response to contemporary health concepts, is made with brown sugar and original coffee beans, making it convenient to carry and healthy as well. Everyone is welcome to come and taste it!
