Rue de Paris 6

Chiayi Foods

"Paris Street No. 6" is a dream of a grandmother from the past. Huang Ying-Chen, who has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, once dreamed of opening her own coffee shop when she was younger. Having traveled to many countries, she fell in love with the relaxed and comfortable pace of Europe, which inspired her idea for "Paris Street No. 6". With her grandchildren's love for cookies and cakes, Ying-Chen bravely ventured into the unfamiliar yet beloved baking industry, hoping to provide parents with affordable, healthy, and handmade cookies and cakes for their children. Handcrafted cookies have always been the main product at "Paris Street No. 6", with no preservatives or leavening agents added. What you taste is not a chemical synthetic flavor, but the true fiber and sweetness of real fruits, aimed at delivering the authentic flavors nurtured by the land of Taiwan to the next generation. Ying-Chen is concerned that the population requiring dialysis in Taiwan is becoming younger, and she hopes to contribute even a little to the health of her fellow citizens through her persistence. The "Traditional Almond Cake" and "Coffee Black Brick" are popular products in the shop, giving the traditional almond cake a refreshing new look that combines the tastes of the older generation with elements favored by modern youth. The "Coffee Black Brick", designed in response to modern health concepts, is made with brown sugar and original bean coffee, making it convenient to carry while also being health-conscious. Everyone is welcome to come and taste!
