Xiang Ji's owner, Lin Yi-Sen, has been running his business in Green Island for 16 years. He started by processing deer meat and is known as "Deer Meat Lin." He is quite skilled at developing dishes and has the ability to cater for events. Handmade noodles are a major specialty, made without added pigments or preservatives, and customers can see the process of making the noodles by hand.
