Hsiang Chi Restaurant Introduction
Xiang Ji's owner, Lin Yi-sen, has been running the restaurant in Green Island for 16 years. Starting with handling venison, he is known as "Deer Meat Lin" and is quite skilled in developing dishes, also capable of catering for events. Handmade ramen is a major specialty, made without colorings or preservatives, and customers can witness the process of making the noodles by hand.
