The owner, "Aji," who loves Green Island, has been in business for 2 to 3 years and enjoys studying recipes to refine his culinary skills. "French Bistro" offers fresh international dishes, seafood, and homestyle meals, along with simple beverages. In addition to regular menu items, special dishes are occasionally introduced. To ensure the use of fresh ingredients, customers are encouraged to make reservations before dining in. Aji, who values environmental and ecological conservation, not only excels in culinary arts but also obtained a diving instructor license in 2016. In the future, he hopes to lead visitors to Green Island to appreciate its beautiful waters while promoting environmental education and contributing to the sustainable development of Green Island tourism.
