The owner, Aji, who loves Green Island, has been operating here for 2 to 3 years, and enjoys frequently studying recipes to refine his culinary skills. "Le Bistro" offers fresh international cuisine, seafood, home-style dishes, and simple beverages. In addition to a fixed menu, special dishes are also introduced periodically. To ensure fresh ingredients for customers, reservations are encouraged for those wishing to dine in. Aji, who values the environment and ecological conservation, obtained a diving instructor license in 2016. In the future, he hopes to lead tourists in appreciating the beautiful waters of Green Island while implementing environmental education and working towards sustainable tourism development on the island.
