This small and elegant restaurant is one of the alliance members of "Carbon Reduction Love Liuqiu," not providing disposable utensils or takeout services. The owner, "A-ji," who loves Liuqiu, has been running the business for 2 to 3 years and enjoys frequently studying recipes to improve his culinary skills. The "French Bistro" offers fresh exotic dishes, seafood, and home-style meals, along with simple beverages. In addition to a set menu, special dishes are also offered periodically. To provide customers with fresh ingredients, guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance. A-ji, who values the environment and ecological conservation, obtained a diving instructor license in 2016. In the future, he hopes to lead tourists to appreciate the beautiful waters of Liuqiu while implementing environmental education, contributing to the sustainable development of Liuqiu tourism.
