The owner, "Aji," who loves Green Island, has been running the business for 2-3 years, constantly studying recipes to refine his culinary skills. "French Bistro" offers a menu of fresh international cuisine, seafood, and home-cooked dishes, along with simple beverages. In addition to fixed menu items, special dishes are occasionally introduced. To provide customers with fresh ingredients, guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance. Aji values the environment and ecological conservation; besides culinary skills, he obtained a diving instructor license in 2016.
