This quaint and elegant restaurant is one of the partner establishments of the "Low Carbon Love Green Island" initiative and does not offer disposable utensils or takeout services. The owner, "A-Ji," who loves Green Island, has operated here for 2 to 3 years and frequently studies recipes to enhance his culinary skills. The "French Bistro" offers fresh international cuisine, seafood, homemade dishes, and simple beverages. In addition to a fixed menu, the restaurant also periodically features special dishes, and guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance to ensure fresh ingredients. A-Ji, who values environmental preservation, obtained a diving instructor license in 2016 and hopes to lead tourists in appreciating the beautiful waters of Green Island while implementing environmental education and contributing to sustainable tourism development on the island.
