The owner, "A-Ji," who loves Green Island, has been running the business for 2-3 years and enjoys frequently studying recipes to enhance his culinary skills. The "French Bistro" offers fresh international cuisine, seafood, home-style dishes, and simple beverages. In addition to a fixed menu, special dishes are offered periodically. To ensure fresh ingredients for consumers, customers are welcome to make reservations in advance. A-Ji values the environment and ecological conservation; aside from his cooking skills, he obtained a diving instructor license in 2016 and hopes to lead visitors in appreciating the beautiful waters of Green Island while implementing environmental education, striving for the sustainable development of tourism in Green Island.
