Bistro Victor Introduction
“French Bistro” is located near Nanliao Fishing Port in Lanyu Township. This small and elegant restaurant is one of the member establishments of the "Carbon Reduction Love Lanyu" alliance, and it does not provide disposable utensils or takeout services. The owner, "Ajie," who loves Lanyu, has been operating the restaurant for 2 to 3 years and enjoys frequently studying recipes to refine his culinary skills. The “French Bistro” offers fresh international cuisine, seafood, and homestyle dishes, along with simple beverages. In addition to a fixed menu, special dishes are offered from time to time. To provide customers with fresh ingredients, guests are encouraged to make reservations before dining. Ajie, who values the environment and ecological conservation, not only excels in cooking but also obtained a scuba diving instructor license in 2016. In the future, he hopes to lead tourists on Lanyu to appreciate the beautiful waters of Lanyu while implementing environmental education and contributing to the sustainable development of tourism on the island.
