Mercato Pizza comes from the vibrant Penghu and offers high-quality seafood pizza. It is also the first dedicated cloud pizza restaurant in Taiwan. In 2019, owner Liya personally traveled to Naples, Italy to learn the new trend of "cloud dough," which is based on the "traditional Neapolitan pizza" thin crust. Made with Italian flour and sourdough, it undergoes two fermentations and three processes, resulting in a pizza crust topped with carefully selected ingredients, baked in an Italian-imported oven to achieve a leopard-spotted characteristic crust. The pizza crust is airy, soft, and chewy. We pay great attention to the details in making our pizza to provide you with the best quality! We hope you enjoy it :)
