Mercato Pizza comes from the vibrant Penghu and offers high-quality seafood pizzas. It is also the first cloud pizza specialty store in Taiwan. In 2019, the owner Liya traveled to Naples, Italy, to learn the new trend of "cloud dough," which is inherited from the traditional Neapolitan pizza’s thin crust. Made with Italian flour and sourdough, the dough undergoes two fermentations and three processes, topped with a wealth of selected ingredients, and baked in an Italian-imported oven to produce a uniquely spotted crust. The pizza crust is airy, soft, and chewy. We pay great attention to the details in making our pizzas to provide you with the best quality! We hope you will enjoy it :)
