Officially launched online in 2006, the owner, Master Mao, has more than a decade of rich experience in chocolate making prior to going online. His journey began in 1999 when he was inspired to study chocolate in Japan due to his children's love for it. After returning to Taiwan, he continuously experimented with chocolate recipes, initially giving away his creations to friends and family. To his surprise, the handmade chocolates became very popular, leading to the establishment of the 18°C Chocolate Factory.
