Officially launching online sales in 2006, Master Liu, the owner of the factory, had over a decade of experience in chocolate-making before venturing into online sales. His passion sparked in 1999 when he pursued studies in Japan specifically focused on chocolate, initially inspired by his children's love for it. Upon returning to Taiwan, he continued to refine chocolate recipes and, at first, only gifted his creations to family and friends. To his surprise, the handmade chocolates became quite popular, leading to the establishment of the 18°C Chocolate Factory.
