Feeling18 Chocolate Workshop Introduction
Located in Puli, Nantou, 18 Degrees C Chocolate Workshop is famous for its low-temperature, handmade chocolates. Officially launched for online sales in 2006, the owner, Master Mao, had over a decade of rich experience in chocolate making before selling online. The initial inspiration came in 1999 when his children’s love for chocolate led him to Japan to study chocolate-making techniques. After returning to Taiwan, he continually researched chocolate recipes and initially only gifted his handmade chocolates to friends and family. To his surprise, the handcrafted chocolates became very popular, leading to the establishment of 18 Degrees C Chocolate Workshop. When visiting Puli, it's worth stopping by the workshop, which offers free chocolate tastings and a cup of warm tea, welcoming tourists to indulge in the delicious and sweet world of chocolate.
