Le Pin Café Introduction
Le Pin Xi Tang, established in 2018 on the third floor of the Heping Island Park Visitor Center, has always adhered to the core value of "building a local brand" since the first cup of drink. The café not only offers breathtaking ocean views but also provides a taste of professional coffee craftsmanship. From classic specialty coffees made from championship coffee beans from the World Barista Championship to their self-roasted premium coffee, they also feature exclusive pastries inspired by the intertidal zone of Keelung, such as the sea lettuce cheesecake and sea lettuce brown sugar sea salt crisps. In 2022, they further committed to the concept of "ecological dining" as part of their sustainable development philosophy, drawing on "Taiwan's aromas" and centered on "environment and history" to develop beverages and pastries that are closer to nature and tell the story of Keelung. Le Pin Xi Tang hopes to offer visitors a lingering taste of their journey in their memories.
