Le Pin Café Introduction
Le Pinxi Pond, established in 2018 at the third floor of the Peace Island Park Visitor Center, has always operated with the core value of "building a local brand" since the very first drink. The store offers not only the naturally stunning ocean view but also the expertise of professional baristas. From classic specialty coffees made from world coffee championship beans to locally roasted premium coffee, as well as exclusive pastries inspired by the tidal flats of Keelung such as seaweed cheesecake and seaweed brown sugar sea salt crisps. In 2022, it further established "ecological dining" as its sustainable development philosophy, taking "the aroma of Taiwan" as its inspiration and using "environment and history" as its axis to develop beverages and pastries that are closer to nature and capable of telling Keelung's story. Le Pinxi Pond hopes to add a touch of "aftertaste" to visitors' memories of their journey.
