Le Pin Coffee Shop Introduction
Le Pin Xi Tang, established in 2018 on the third floor of the Peace Island Park Visitor Center, has always adhered to the core value of "creating a local brand" since the first cup of its beverages. The establishment offers not only breathtaking ocean views but also the refined coffee palette of skilled artisans. From classic specialty coffees made from world barista champions' beans to their own roasted premium coffee, and exclusive pastries inspired by the intertidal zone of Keelung—such as the seawweed fresh cheese cake and seawood brown sugar sea salt crackers. In 2022, they further defined "ecological dining" as a sustainable development philosophy, aiming to develop beverages and pastries that are closer to nature and that tell the story of Keelung, drawing inspiration from "Taiwanese aromas" and centered around "environment and history." Le Pin Xi Tang hopes to provide visitors with an additional layer of "aftertaste" in their travel memories.
