Le Pin Café Introduction
Le Pin Xi Tang, established in 2018 on the third floor of the Heping Island Park Visitor Center, has always upheld the core value of "building a local brand" since the first drink was served. The shop provides not only a breathtaking ocean view but also a coffee experience crafted by professional artisans. From classic specialty coffees made from World Coffee Championship-winning beans to their in-house roasted specialty coffee, they also offer exclusive pastries inspired by the intertidal zone of Keelung—such as the seaweed cheesecake and seaweed brown sugar sea salt crisps. In 2022, they further defined "ecological dining" as their sustainable development philosophy, focusing on "Taiwanese aromas" and "environment and history" to develop beverages and pastries that tell the story of Keelung while being closer to nature. Le Pin Xi Tang hopes to add a touch of "aftertaste" to tourists' memories of their journey.
