Misty - The Northern Blue Dot Introduction
Located at 23.5K on Provincial Highway No. 2, next to Baisha Bay, it was originally an abandoned coast guard station. It was later transferred to the management of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, covering the North Coast and Guanyin Mountain National Scenic Area. The renovation was completed in 2016, and in September 2017, it was taken over by Mistral Dessert King for operation. "Extreme North Blue Point" is surrounded by Linshanbi on the left and Fugui Cape on the right, facing the ocean, offering excellent scenic conditions. Since it is located at the northernmost point of Taiwan, it was named "Extreme North Blue Point." Mistral has developed many popular and delicious desserts, which have gained wide media coverage, magazine features, and internet reports, making it one of the must-visit dessert shops on the North Coast.
