Fugui Harbor Introduction
Fuki Fishing Harbor is a tourist fishing harbor located near the Greater Taipei area, specifically near Cape Fugui in the Shimen District of New Taipei City. Originally a small fishing village primarily engaged in coastal operations, it has developed into a small fishing port adapted to the local topography, where catches are supplied to meet local demand. Known for its excellent bay formation, wide sea surface, and sheltered terrain, it boasts ideal conditions for a harbor and is famous for its abundant flower crabs, with an annual output exceeding 300 tons. Other seafood such as fish, shrimp, clams, lobsters, and squid are also plentiful. The Jin Shan District Fishermen's Association has established the "Fuki Direct Sales Center," which showcases various seafood products for direct purchase. Being close to the port and offering affordable fresh seafood has made Fuki Fishing Harbor increasingly popular, becoming an unmissable tourist attraction in the Shimen area along the North Coast. Every weekend, it attracts numerous seafood lovers. Visitors can personally select fresh and succulent seafood, with restaurants conveniently offering cooking services to satisfy even the most discerning palates.
