Sheng Sheng Yuan Cuisine Introduction
In 2015, the award-winning restaurant in Taoyuan City, known for its customer-first service, created a warm and welcoming garden-style dining experience in the heart of Longtan District. The restaurant's signature dish, "A-Tai Hakka Pig's Feet," received recognition as one of the top ten local delicacies in Taoyuan during the fourth edition of the awards. This dish is a long-lost delicacy of Hakka cuisine in Taiwan, dating back a century. Named "A-Tai" (which means "great-grandparents" in Hakka), it is prepared using a unique, time-honored recipe passed down by a centenarian and natural red yeast. The dish is crafted without any preservatives and is vacuum-packed to ensure it remains deliciously fragrant, tender, and ready to eat without being greasy—a truly exceptional delicacy.
