Yuzu Blossom Hakka Cuisine - Taoyuan Branch Introduction

In 2016, it was recognized as a Golden Medal Restaurant with recommended dishes including Braised Pork Bun with Preserved Plum, Firewood and Drought, Three-Flavored Pig, and Orange Fragrant Golden Kumquat Pork. In 2012, Yuzu Flower Flower was born as a new brand of youthful Hakka cuisine. With the team's efforts, it not only received recognition from the Hakka Affairs Council as a demonstration restaurant for Hakka cuisine and was awarded as a top-grade hygienic restaurant in Taoyuan City, but also participated in the Hakka Expo in 2013 to promote the elegance of Hakka culture both domestically and internationally. The name Yuzu Flower Flower comes from Chairman Lin's childhood, as there were two yuzu trees planted in front of their house. Every March, the air was filled with the fragrance of yuzu blossoms. Upon smelling the aroma on the way home, one would know they were not far from home. Each dish has its own story: for example, the Blessed Cuisine Hot Pot, which innovatively wraps traditional blessed vegetable soup in bitter melon, represents a transformation from bitterness to sweetness that leaves a lasting impression. The Firewood and Drought dish also has its uniqueness; the chairman learned from his mother's stories that preserved vegetables held special significance to many Hakka people who once evaded American bombings. This dish stir-fries organic preserved vegetables with fresh, tender chicken and is accompanied by a uniquely moderate spicy sauce...
