New South 12 Creative Experiment Store Introduction
The Xin Nan Yi Er Cultural Business (No. 12 Zhongshan Road) is located on the former Xin Nan Street, which was a gathering place for merchants and warehouses during the prosperous period of the Daxi River, as well as a high-end residential area at that time. In 1999, it was renovated by the Council for Cultural Affairs and local government to become an artistic street. This building was once the residence of Dr. Fu Zu Jian, one of the three senior doctors in Daxi. Although the structure and interior of this nearly century-old building have mostly deteriorated, innovative thinking and management methods have rejuvenated the old house, allowing this three-section space to showcase its former glory once again. Additionally, this platform provides opportunities for more Daxi partners to experiment with different ways of managing local culture.
