Located in Douliu, Yunlin, the Japanese kitchen "Tong Chu" specializes in fresh and healthy ingredients, offering dishes that are close to their original form. The name comes from the idea of "cooking together and living well with friends." The owner and chef, being returnees to Yunlin, decided to return to Douliu after visiting various places in Taiwan, to open a restaurant and live with their family. As the saying goes, "the simpler the dish, the more it showcases culinary skills." When fewer seasonings are used, the freshness of the ingredients becomes even more important.
