You can hardly imagine that the inception of a restaurant began with the enthusiastic efforts of local residents. The formation of this concept has provided more employment opportunities for families. After the Hsin-chu Cultural and Educational Foundation completed the uniquely styled railway park in 2001, it achieved what seemed impossible in 2004 by collaborating with the local township office to lease the original railway stationmaster's dormitory. This allowed for the revitalization of the dilapidated building, culminating in the establishment of a restaurant that embodies traditional charm and diverse operations, named "Hsin-chu Living Room." It is the first simple meal restaurant in Hsin-chu, aiming to provide a warm and comfortable dining space for friends and family who come from afar.
