Zhuzikou Old Shop Meatballs and Lamb Soup (formerly Beidou Uncle's Meatballs) Introduction
Yongshu Xia's timeless traditional flavors have a history of over seventy years. The founder, Mr. Jan Wen-Cheng, originally from Beidou, Changhua, is affectionately known as "Beidou Uncle." Initially, "Beidou Uncle" sold meatballs and lamb soup under the large banyan tree with a small cart. From "Beidou Uncle" to now, it has been passed down through three generations, and for over seventy years, the restaurant has only offered meatballs and lamb soup. The owner is dedicated to preserving the traditional flavors passed down by his ancestors, just like the towering banyan tree that stands strong, guarding the authentic tastes handed down from Grandpa. Amidst the aroma of meatballs and lamb soup, the owner's warm hospitality and a strong sense of community create an inviting atmosphere.
