Southern Island Rice Field Introduction
In Guanshan Township, Taitung, a third-generation small family farm practices the concept of self-production and self-marketing. They harvest Guanshan rice that is well-nurtured for about 120 to 130 days and use their own grain drying method to preserve the natural "flavor" developed through over a hundred days, eleven processing techniques, sunlight, and gentle breezes. They do not engage in special refined milling or excessive selection of rice, presenting a sincere product from the family farm. Specialty products include: Guanshan Thick-Skin Honey, Brown Rice Handwritten Packages, Guanshan Rice Pudding, Jiachang Rice, and Young Good Rice.
