Wan'an Duck Ecological Pond Introduction
The purpose of the He Duck Ecological Pond is to create a complex agricultural system based on rice paddies, centered around rice planting and characterized by duck raising, with the primary goal of producing organic food. Since the ecological pond is located at the junction of the Hualien-Taitung Valley, it is also the site of the nationally championed rice. The scenery is picturesque, providing a rare opportunity for urban dwellers to observe the playful antics of ducks in the water.
