Shulin Tou Noodle Shop Introduction
Hsinchu Veteran Village Old Taste is located next to the Shulin Tou Night Market at Shulin Tou Noodle Shop. This veteran-style noodle shop has been in operation for over 40 years and has always been popular, mainly serving noodle dishes such as plain noodles and fried sauce noodles. It opens as early as 4:30 AM until noon, and both the noodle dishes and marinated snacks are incredibly delicious, making it a popular breakfast spot for locals. During lunchtime, there are long lines of people waiting to be served. Not only are the noodles excellent, but the marinated snacks are also simmered by the owners, full of flavor and aroma.
