The tofu pudding is served in a broth made of syrup and ginger juice, and for those who prefer it chilled, they can add shaved ice. The shaved ice comes in syrup, ginger juice, and soy milk flavors. The tofu pudding is delicate and melts in your mouth, perfectly complemented by the rich syrup and delightful toppings along with the refreshing shaved ice, making it hard to stop at just one bite. You can choose two flavors of shaved ice; #ChengBian opted for one scoop of ginger and one scoop of soy milk, with the soy milk shaved ice being delicious and adding layers to the overall flavor!
