This is an old-fashioned noodle shop primarily selling dumplings, noodle dishes, and various small side dishes. The variety of noodle dishes is limited, yet the place is always bustling during meal hours. The half tendon half beef noodle features wide flat noodles with a nice wheat aroma, and the beef is extremely tender, with the tendon melting in your mouth, providing a wonderful texture! The braised soup base has a rich soy flavor. The menu does not list stewed dishes; instead, you can order them directly from the small dish area. The stewed dishes are served cold and are milder in taste, but those who prefer stronger flavors can adjust the seasoning from the sauce area. The stewed dishes are substantial in quantity and reasonably priced, with the auntie's cutting skills impressive, making the presentation worthy of admiration. The fried meat is a must-try; it's fried to a golden crisp, and every bite is crunchy, making you want to keep going for more, definitely a dish to savor! Many food enthusiasts rave about the dumplings, which come in three flavors: cabbage, chive, and fresh shrimp. The handmade dumpling skins are on the thicker side, providing a chewy and solid texture, while the filling is generous, with an order requiring a minimum of 10 dumplings.
