Tsai's Handmade Q Bun (Hongyang Food Business) Introduction
The stone monkey, surrounded by Taoyuan City, initially became inspired by his son’s picky eating habits and poor appetite. On a whim, he began to shape the meat buns he sold every day into the form of cute little pigs. Thus, these adorable little pigs started appearing on dining tables across Taiwan, becoming beloved snacks made with love by mothers for their children. The "Chiayi Le Taotao" buns are inspired by Chiayi's former name - Taocheng. It is said that the old city gates to the east, south, west, and north are connected in the shape of a peach, hence the creation of peach-shaped buns to symbolize Taocheng.
