Actively participating in the founding of the coffee club at National Chiayi University and the World Coffee Cocktail Championship, we not only share our passion but also demonstrate our dedication and pride. Here, you can taste black coffee in its original flavor, with beans gathered from major coffee-producing regions around the world, each with its unique "Terroir"—a French term representing the sense of place, similar to wine and tea, influenced by the sun, soil, rain, wind, and the dialogue between the barista and the coffee. The unique rose garden coffee from Santa deeply engages with local small coffee farmers in Ecuador, absorbing the aroma of locally abundant roses, imparting a hint of elegant floral notes. Paired with our in-house dessert studio, we offer the most popular handmade lemon tart, matcha tart, and chiffon cake.
