Historical Township Office Restaurant Introduction
The Xinhua District Office (Old Town Hall), completed in 1934, is the only remaining building in southern Changhua that showcases the European Renaissance architectural style. In 2002, it was officially registered as a historical building of Tainan County. In the year 2000, it was relocated 300 meters due to the "Great Cosmic Shift," and in 2002, it was magically returned to its original site. To preserve the original appearance of the District Office, structural reinforcement and restoration were designed by experts and scholars, and all renovation work was completed in 2005. The revitalized space is now operated as the 1934 Historic Restaurant.
