The first of its kind in Taiwan, uniquely flavored, and exclusively produced, this is the only Q cake made entirely without red bean paste and made from milkfish. It absolutely contains no MSG or preservatives. The fish fillets are made from the two boneless fillets on the back of the milkfish, also known as "one tael golden meat," hence the name "one tael golden cake." The fish fillets are first spa-treated in milk, then stir-fried into fish floss, offering a rich, mild flavor without any fishy taste.
