Fruit Fermentation Visitor Center Introduction

Located in the mountainous area of Puli Township, Nantou County, this is the largest greenhouse organic jaboticaba farm in Asia, covering an area of 12 hectares. It primarily cultivates the "black diamond" of fruits, jaboticaba, which thrives in the excellent climate and water quality of Puli, using an ecologically balanced symbiotic cultivation method. Organic farming maintains the integrity of the ecological environment within the park, allowing visitors to observe a rich variety of insects and plants at any time and place, making it an ideal location for both intellectual and sensory leisure experiences. The "Fruit and Enzyme Tourism Factory" focuses on organic enzymes and is combined with the largest greenhouse organic jaboticaba farm in Asia! Visitors can make reservations for fruit picking and personally taste the exquisite flavors. The facility features a story museum rich in enzyme knowledge, guiding visitors to understand fermentation through visual and olfactory experiences. The jaboticaba, also known as Brazilian grape, is a fruit tree that was introduced from Brazil and differs from the common grapes we typically eat, with a texture similar to mangosteen.
