An-nan District / Dongxiang Seafood Restaurant (Selected to participate in the 2010 Taiwan Food Show as a Featured Restaurant) Introduction

Dongxiang was originally famous for its banquet services, hosting many guests including Wang Benhu and various artists. Now, it is led by a compassionate chef, a Level B cook, who is passionate about cycling and charity. He inherits over 40 years of banquet experience from Master A-Ping in Tuchengzi and has accomplished the remarkable feat of cycling around the island to collect receipts for donations to orphanages. Here, not only do we provide travel accommodation consultation and a large cool resting area, but we also offer professional air pump and tire repair tools for cyclists, with convenient and safe parking. If you make a reservation for dining, you will be treated to handmade cookies and bananas as special offers. Cyclists and cycling teams from all regions are warmly welcomed! Our dishes maintain traditional delicious flavors, with signature dishes such as Nanjing Wind Chicken, Dongxiang Eight Treasure Balls, and Shrimp Rolls, each dish is a taste sensation. The "Asparagus Egg Tofu with Scallions and Steamed Fish" utilizes organic bass, simply steamed, then combined with asparagus and tofu to absorb the fish juices, offering a refreshing taste that emphasizes health. The "Red Yeast Rice and Romanzoni with Thai Sauce" marinates organic bass in red yeast sauce for a day to enhance its aroma, and after cooking, it is topped with a sweet and sour Thai sauce, providing a refreshing taste experience. "Pickled Cabbage and Mushroom Health Pot"...
