Qixingtan Trail Introduction
Qixing Mountain is located next to Su'ao Harbor. You can access the Qixing Mountain Trail from two entrances: Su'ao Cold Spring and Su'ao Sports Park. The trail is approximately 4.7 kilometers long, with the highest elevation reaching 230 meters. There are pavilions along the trail where visitors can take a break and enjoy the view of Su'ao Harbor. The name Qixing Mountain has a history of at least a hundred years. Along the trail, you can overlook the beautiful cape scenery of Su'ao Bay and take in the landscape of Lanyang Plain and Wuliao Harbor, as well as the vast views of Guishan Island and the Pacific Ocean. You can even see the Cold Spring Park and the residential streets of Su'ao Township. Nearby, on another peak, there is Xingling Park, which can be reached by descending from Qixing Mountain and then continuing uphill from the saddle. From Xingling Park, you have an even better view to the north, including Zhuangwei, Wujie, and the coastline of Toucheng.
