Luodong Sports Park Introduction
Luodong Sports Park is located about 2 kilometers from Luodong Train Station, making it very accessible. Covering an area of 47 hectares, it was designed by the renowned Japanese design firm Takano Landscape Architecture Co., Ltd., and officially opened in 1996. It is praised as the most beautiful and distinctive landscape park in the country, and has become a model for parks built across Taiwan. The park features three main design themes: water, greenery, and health, cleverly integrating local Taiwanese characteristics with Lanyang culture, perfectly combining the natural environment with sports facilities to create a recreational space that caters to both active and passive uses.
