Hsinchu County Art Museum Introduction
The total floor area of the art museum is 4,010 square meters. The entrance area is designed with a winding, Minnan-style corridor and courtyard landscape, complementing the functionality of the exhibition hall, which can also serve as an outdoor display area. The entire structure employs a shear wall design, allowing the interior space to be free of any columns, providing greater flexibility for exhibition space. The total floor area of the performing arts hall is 8,072 square meters. Its shape reflects the visibility and openness of performing arts, with a curved exterior and sloped roof creating a traditional architectural image. The performance space is divided into three main parts: the performing arts hall, the lecture hall, and the experimental theater, along with a large outdoor performance venue.
