Hsinchu County Art Museum Introduction
The total floor area of the art museum is 4,010 square meters. The entrance area is designed with winding, Min Nan-style elements, along with corridors and courtyard landscapes, complementing the functionality of the exhibition hall, which can also serve as an outdoor display area. The entire structure employs shear wall design, so there are no visible columns in the interior space, allowing for greater flexibility in the exhibition area. The total floor area of the performance hall is 8,072 square meters. Its shape demonstrates the visibility and openness of performing arts, with a curved exterior and sloped roof that create an image of traditional architecture. The performance space is divided into three main parts: the performance hall, the lecture hall, and the experimental theater, along with a large outdoor performance venue.
