Hsinchu County Art Museum Introduction
The total floor area of the museum is 4,010 square meters. The entrance area is designed with a Min Nan style of winding corridors and courtyard landscapes, complementing the functions of the exhibition hall, which can also serve as an outdoor display area. The entire structure utilizes a shear wall design, so there are no columns visible inside, allowing for more creative use of the exhibition space. The total floor area of the performance hall is 8,072 square meters. Its exterior showcases the visibility and openness of performing arts, with a curved appearance and sloped roof that create a traditional architectural image. The performance space is divided into three main parts: the performance hall, lecture hall, and experimental theater, as well as a large outdoor performance venue.
