Hsinchu County Art Museum Introduction
The total floor area of the art museum is 4,010 square meters. The entrance area is designed with a winding, Southern Fujian style that complements the function of the exhibition hall, allowing it to also serve as an outdoor exhibition area. The entire structure utilizes shear wall design, ensuring that no columns can be seen within the internal space, providing greater freedom for the exhibition space. The total floor area of the performance hall is 8,072 square meters. The shape outwardly expresses the visibility and openness of performing arts, with a curved exterior and sloped roof that create the image of traditional architecture. The performance space is divided into three main parts: the performance hall, lecture hall, and experimental theater, along with a large outdoor performance venue.
