Jin Guang Fu Mansion Introduction

Jin Guangfu Mansion, located in Beipu Township, is a historical siheyuan building established in the 15th year of the Daoguang era (1835). It was once an important headquarters for armed migration and has retained its unique defensive architectural style to this day. This building is not only one of Taiwan's earliest successful government-initiated private development cases but also one of the few remaining mansion constructions in the country, designated as a national historic site. In addition to its profound historical value, the plum trees outside the mansion are another highlight. Under the influence of the cold weather, the plum blossoms bloom, with their pure white flowers creating a chilly yet elegant scene that seems to transport people into a winter painting, exuding a unique and delicate fragrance. The best time to appreciate the plum blossoms is during their blooming season. When visiting Jin Guangfu Mansion, don't forget to stroll through Beipu Old Street to taste Hakka Lei Tea, snacks, and persimmon cakes, immersing yourself in rich Hakka culture and local flavors. Bring your family and friends to spend a poetic winter day here, capturing the essence of winter's pure romance!
