Yuda Guanxi Grass Jelly Tea Introduction
About a 10-minute drive from the Kuan Hsi Interchange exit, a turn will lead you to the Yu Da Xiancao factory and the attached "Yu Da Xiancao Kuan Hsi Black Honey Museum." At the entrance, you will see a green field of Xiancao (Mesona) plants. Inside the museum, visitors can learn about the history of Yu Da Xiancao through informative display panels and can also book DIY classes to make Xiancao noodles and Xiancao mochi, allowing the whole family to enjoy the fun of preparing Xiancao dishes together. After visiting Yu Da Xiancao, the blooming season of Xiancao flowers occurs every year in November and December, and during this time, the "Xiancao Yifendian" near the Kuan Hsi Nanshan Bridge transforms into a romantic sea of pink and purple Xiancao flowers, contrasting beautifully with the golden rice waves, creating an enchanting scene filled with a sense of "immortality."
