Fei Feng Mountain Trail Introduction
Feifeng Mountain has an elevation of 435.5 meters and is the highest peak of Jiuqiang Mountain. It is named because its shape resembles a flying phoenix stretching its neck as if about to descend. The mountain is covered with white plums, azaleas, and flamboyant flowers, showcasing different appearances with the changing seasons. Notable scenic spots in the area include Yun Valley Temple, Daiquan Hall, Induction Bridge, New Phoenix Pond, and Lotus Pond. Walking along the tree-shaded trails, one can enjoy the gentle breeze and escape the summer heat. The flamboyant trees on Feifeng Mountain bloom in bright red during summer, while plum blossoms cover the area in white during winter. Feifeng's plum blossoms have historically been one of the eight scenic spots of Zhudong County. The back mountain features trails established by the county government for hiking, spring outings, and panoramic views.
