Feifeng Mountain Trail Introduction
Fei Feng Mountain, with an elevation of 435.5 meters, is the highest peak of Jiu Qiong Mountain. It is named for its resemblance to a flying phoenix extending its neck as if about to fold its wings. The mountain is adorned with white plum trees, azaleas, and phoenix flowers, and its appearance changes with the seasons. Within the mountain area, there are famous attractions such as Yun Gu Temple, Dai Quan Hall, Gan Ying Bridge, New Phoenix Pond, and Lotus Pond. Walking along the shaded trails, one can enjoy the gentle breeze that dispels the summer heat. The mountainside is covered with phoenix trees, which bloom in vibrant red during the summer and showcase white plum blossoms in winter. Fei Feng Mountain has been regarded as one of the eight scenic spots in Zhuzhong County since ancient times. The rear mountain features a trail established by the county government for hiking, leisure walks, and scenic overlooks.
