Located on Xinhu Road in Shanhu Village, it is primarily dedicated to the worship of Guanyin Bodhisattva. Constructed in the sixth year of the Tongzhi Emperor's reign (1867), it is also known as "Guanyin Hall." The environment is serene, close to the beautiful Baoshan Reservoir, making it a center of faith for the villagers of Shanhu.
