Golden Route - Miaoli Bellong Avenue Introduction
The more accurately designated name for this location is "Huanxiang Trail," also known locally as "Golden Road." It is considered a mini version of the Donghe Boulevard in Taitung. Along the winding road, lush green rice fields line both sides, and looking up reveals rolling low mountains in the distance. Rustic farmhouses can be seen scattered among the fields, creating a refreshing pastoral landscape. The most prominent landmark here is a Chinese sweetgum tree standing by the field; many people choose to take photos here. Under the tree, a small scenic arrangement made of water jars, brick kilns, and water collection heads adds a strong rural ambiance. If you have the chance, you can ride a bicycle along the Golden Road to leisurely enjoy the natural scenery, guaranteeing a relaxing bike trip!
