Golden Highway - Miaoli Bulang Avenue Introduction
The more precise name for this place is "Huanxiang Trail," also known locally as "Golden Route." Compared to Taitung's Bolang Avenue, it is more like a miniature version, with winding roads flanked by lush green rice fields. Looking up, one can see rolling low hills in the distance, and quaint farmhouses scattered throughout the fields, creating a refreshing rural landscape. The most prominent landmark here is a苦煉樹 (bitter quince tree) standing by the fields, where many people choose to take photos. Underneath the tree, a small landscape has been created using water jars, brick kilns, and water inlets, enhancing the strong rural atmosphere. If you have the chance, riding a bike along this Golden Route to slowly enjoy the natural scenery guarantees a leisurely and carefree cycling trip!
