Forty-two Sections Trail Introduction
The 42 Fens tribe, located upstream of the Penglai Stream, boasts rich natural scenery surrounded by fresh mountain forests and streams, clean air, and a simple folk culture. It is a place that allows people to feel leisurely and relaxed, perfect for strolling and wandering. The 42 Fens Ping Trail is filled with an isolated, tranquil atmosphere. Here, there is a natural spring pool with a year-round water temperature of about 18 degrees Celsius. The spring flows continuously from the crevices of rocks, with clear and cool water. The shallow area nearby allows visitors to soak their feet in the summer and enjoy a "cold spring spa" experience. The front section of the trail features a steel and wood boardwalk winding through the forest, while the latter part has a stone-paved surface, making it very easy to walk. During the summer, the green shade of the trees along the trail provides a cooling respite, while in autumn and winter, blooming wild ginger flowers waft their fragrance, adding a romantic and charming touch to the walk.
