The farm features designated areas for vegetable and flower cultivation, fruit tree cultivation, organic farming demonstration, earthen oven area, barbecue area, children's play area, and a fish pond. In the vegetable and fruit tree cultivation areas, crops such as corn, sweet potatoes, strawberries, longans, and tomatoes are planted for visitors to pick and eat on-site. Additionally, Chaozhou Community Farm offers land rental services, allowing those who love farm life or wish to experience the joy of farming to engage in the hard work and emotions of cultivating, sowing, and harvesting. Urban dwellers, often living under the pressure of a fast-paced lifestyle, always hope to find a way to completely relax during their vacations. Some choose cycling, others prefer singing loudly, some become hikers, and others indulge in hearty meals. However, being a weekend farmer has become a trendy leisure activity, allowing people to stand on the earth's natural soil, loosen the compacted dirt with their hands, and sow seeds one by one into the soil. When it's time to harvest, they can enjoy the fruits of their labor. There are a total of 160 rental plots available at Chaozhou Community Farm, each covering about 20 square meters. Once rented, tenants can freely choose the vegetables, flowers, or fruit trees they wish to plant, and care for their crops in the healthiest way possible using the recommended organic farming methods from the farm owner. Throughout the farming process, nature will help release the pressures you have accumulated in your heart.
