The Gaoshu Energy Center was established in October 2004 and is a "Pingtung County Local Industry Exchange Center" built by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Council for Cultural Affairs. Inside the center, there is a "Gaoshu Thematic Hall" that introduces the local customs and tourism attractions of Pingtung, as well as numerous displays and sales of agricultural specialty products.

[Northbound] Provincial Highway 1 (or Provincial Highway 9 → Xin Fenggang Outer Ring Road → turn right onto Provincial Highway 1) → turn left onto Shengli Road (County Road 187乙) → turn right to access National Highway No. 3 → exit at Jiuru Interchange → turn right onto Jiuru Road Section 3 (Provincial Highway 3) → connect to Zhongshan Road → turn right onto Tiedian Road (Provincial Highway 22) → continue on Provincial Highway 22 to connect to Xingzhong Road.
