The Gaoshu Energy Center was established in October 2004 and is the "Pingtung County Local Industry Exchange Center" built by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Council for Cultural Affairs. The center features the "Gaoshu Theme Hall," which introduces the local customs and tourism attractions of Pingtung, as well as displays and sales of various agricultural specialty products.
