"Hongqi Organic Leisure Farm" is located in the water source protection area at the foot of Dawu Mountain. With unpolluted mountain spring water and fertile organic soil, it has been certified for organic cultivation, producing high-quality organic agricultural products. The farm was established by retired educator Mr. Hsiu Tian-lai, who has visited countries such as the United States and Canada to study organic agriculture. Over a decade ago, he began researching organic products and later actively developed the integration of organic farming and leisure, promoting the new concept of "Eating for Health" and "Living with Hope."
