Shanfu Fishing Port Introduction
To reach the Shanfu Fishing Port, look for the large stone lion at Fuan Temple; from there, take the small path next to the temple. Shanfu Fishing Port is actually a great place! Besides being a port, there is a small comfortable beach on the left side for some water fun, and on the right side, across the seawall, is a long intertidal zone. Walking along the coast leads you to the Shanfu Ecological Corridor, which culminates at the Shanfu Fort—a rich scenic spot. Here, you can start by strolling along the Shanfu Ecological Corridor to familiarize yourself with some of the flora and fauna of Xiao Liuqiu. After reaching the Shanfu Fort, take a look at some of the early fort's internal structures and designs, and enjoy the view from the wide platform that offers a 180-degree panorama. After your exploration, head back to Shanfu Fishing Port, where I’m sure you’ll have worked up a sweat, so it's time to dash to the beach for a refreshing splash in the cool sea. Finally, as the sky darkens, climb up to the seawall for a leisurely stroll and watch the sunset sink into the ocean. This way, you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon without riding around!
