Dahsin Restaurant Introduction
Da Hsin Restaurant, originally established for catering, is one of the most well-known dining establishments in Little Liuqiu. It is often chosen by high-ranking officials when they visit the area, highlighting the impressive culinary skills of Da Hsin. All seafood is sourced fresh on the day it is prepared, and in addition to the seafood, their signature cold seaweed salad has a delightful sweet and sour flavor that is incredibly appetizing. The Golden Rich Roll features a crispy outer layer filled with simple tofu and pork floss, which melts in your mouth like butter. The crispy taro balls are made from pure handmade steamed taro, filled generously with a rich taro filling. A special braised meat sauce is drizzled over the vermicelli, enhancing the dish's flavor.
