Daxin Restaurant, which started with catering services, is one of the most well-known restaurants in Xiaoliuqiu. Back in the day, whenever high-ranking officials or dignitaries visited Xiaoliuqiu, they would specifically request Daxin Restaurant, indicating that the culinary skills in Daxin's kitchen have reached a considerable level. Daxin's seafood is all sourced and prepared on the same day. In addition to seafood, their specially crafted cold seaweed salad is incredibly appetizing with its sweet and sour flavor. The Golden Prosperity Roll features a crispy exterior that encases simple tofu and meat floss; when bitten into, the tofu melts in the mouth with a creamy texture. The crispy taro balls are made from pure handmade steamed taro, filled generously with taro paste, making them both substantial and rich in flavor. A special meat sauce is drizzled over the vermicelli, enhancing the dish.
