Habaan Bay Scenic Area Introduction
Haban Bay Scenic Area is located between Shanpigou and Wuguidong, with a coastline extending about 100 meters. It is the largest shell sand beach in Xiaoliuqiu, which is a rare sight on this coral reef island. Haban Bay Beach, also known as Venice Beach, features clean sands, crystal clear blue waters, and many lovely marine creatures, creating a picturesque environment that is truly alluring. Visitors can not only enjoy the sea here but also appreciate stunning sunsets in the evening. Xiaoliuqiu is Taiwan's only coral island. Due to tectonic movements, the coral reefs that were originally underwater have gradually been pushed above sea level, resulting in well-developed limestone caves and coral reef coastal terrains along the coast of the island. However, the beach landscape of Haban Bay is particularly special. The shells along the bay's shoreline have been smoothed by the sea over time, creating uniformly fine, pristine white shell sand, which forms a vast expanse of bright white beach—this is the most captivating feature of Haban Bay Beach. Under the sun, this shell sand beach sparkles brilliantly. Walking on the romantic white sandy beach, one can casually look down and find beautiful shell particles, which accompany you as you enjoy the sunbathing. When the waves crash in, a momentary coolness sweeps over, slightly relieving the intense summer heat. At Haban Bay Beach, you don't have to do anything in particular to embrace the leisure, as being in nature and feeling the relaxed atmosphere is always a given.
