Haban Bay Scenic Area Introduction
Haban Bay Scenic Area is located between Shanzhugou and Wuguidong, featuring a lengthy coastline of about 100 meters. It is the largest shell sand beach in Little Liuqiu, making it a rare landscape in this coral reef geological island. Haban Bay Beach, also known as Venice Beach, boasts clean sandy shores, crystal clear blue waters, and many adorable marine creatures, attracting visitors with its stunning scenery. Tourists can not only enjoy the sea but also appreciate beautiful sunsets in the evening. Little Liuqiu is Taiwan's only coral island. Due to geological uplift, coral reefs that were originally submerged have gradually emerged above sea level, leading to well-developed limestone cave topography and coral reef coastlines along the island. However, the beach landscape of Haban Bay is particularly unique, as the shells on its shores have been eroded by seawater over time, resulting in evenly sized, pure white shell sand, creating a vast expanse of bright white beach, which is the most captivating feature of Haban Bay Beach. Under the sunlight, this shell sand beach shines brilliantly. Walking on the romantic white sandy beach, one can casually look down and discover beautiful shell grains, enjoying a sun bath. When the waves come, a moment of coolness follows, slightly dispelling the intense summer heat. At Haban Bay Beach, there is no need to do anything specific to embrace a leisurely atmosphere, as being in nature and feeling the freedom of the surroundings is always a given.
