A Dui Noodle Shop was established in 2011 with a novel design concept, rebranding traditional local shops to create a more comfortable and bright dining environment. Dining here is especially pleasant. When you visit A Dui, you must order the "Tuna Rice Bowl" and "Grilled Mullet Fried Rice." When the Tuna Rice Bowl is served, the bonito flakes dance atop the bowl, seemingly saying "Come eat me, come eat me!" The tuna chunks have a firm texture with a hint of sweetness, and paired with white rice, you'll finish it in no time. The Grilled Mullet Fried Rice, a specialty from Xia Liu Qiu, features the aroma of dried mullet infused throughout the fried rice, allowing you to savor the essence of the fish in every bite.
