A-Duo Noodle Shop introduced an innovative design concept in 2011, rebranding the local old establishment to create a more comfortable and bright dining environment, making it particularly enjoyable to eat here. When visiting A-Duo, you must order the "Tuna Rice Bowl" and "Dried Fish Fried Rice." When the Tuna Rice Bowl is served, the bonito flakes dance atop the bowl, almost inviting you to dig in. The tuna chunks, with their firm texture and sweetness, pair perfectly with the white rice, and before you know it, it’s all gone. The dried fish fried rice, a specialty from Xiaoliuqiu, is infused with the aroma of dried fish, allowing you to taste it in every bite of the fried rice.
