When the Tuna Rice Bowl is served, the abundant bonito flakes dance in the bowl, seemingly inviting you to eat. The Japanese-style tuna chunks are solid and sweet, pairing perfectly with the white rice, and you’ll finish it in no time. The Dried Mackerel Fried Rice, a specialty from Xiaoliuqiu, has the aroma of dried fish infused throughout the fried rice, allowing you to taste the essence of fish in every bite.
