The Newliang Drainage Wetland, located in Luye Township, Taitung County, is an emerging ecotourism park in the Luye area. In order to solve the wastewater issues faced by pig farmers and residents in the villages of Ruilong and Ruiyuan, the county government constructed the "Newliang Drainage Wetland" at the confluence of Beinan River and Luliao River.
