New Peak Tea Garden Introduction
The simple and fine tea carefully cultivated by Xinfeng Tea Garden includes Assam black tea, which is a fully fermented variety. The fermentation process determines the quality of color, aroma, and taste of the tea leaves. With approximately 90% fermentation, it retains a higher amount of catechins and amino acids. The shape of the tea leaves is semi-spherical, and its characteristics are smooth and gentle. It has a sweet taste when brewed cold and a rich fruity aroma when brewed hot, making it suitable for both cold and hot brewing. Their "Grandpa Tea" has also passed organic certification by Tzuchi and SGS inspection report.
