Kaiyuan Harbor Introduction
Kaiyuan Port is the only port for entering and exiting Lanyu. All types of vessels, including passenger ferries, cargo ships, and fishing boats, operate here. To the north of Kaiyuan Port, you can gaze at the cape watched over by Hongtou Rock, while to the west, there’s an endless view of the sea and sky. Looking towards Yeyou Village, you can see the famous Mantou Rock. Yeyou Village, located near Kaiyuan Port, is the administrative center of Lanyu, where government agencies such as the township office, township representatives council, police station, fishermen's association, and agricultural association are concentrated. It has a larger population and a more organized appearance. At the entrance of Kaiyuan Port, there is the only gas station in Lanyu.
