Wai'an Three Immortals Pagoda Introduction
The Wai'an Three Immortals Pagodas, also known as the Xipu Three Immortals Pagodas, are located on the mountaintop in front of the village, southwest of the Wenwang Temple in Wai'an Village. The three stone pagodas stand on a cliff, overlooking the entire Wai'an Village. The village is flanked by hills that form an east-west confrontation, with the mountainous areas surrounding the settlement, higher in the north and lower in the south. Based on the wisdom of ancient people, three stone pagodas were built at the point in the East Mountain closest to the sea. The stone pagodas are arranged in an east-west orientation, resembling a row that extends towards the sea. Each of the three pagodas has a square stone base, topped with a conical stone structure about 2 meters tall and 1 meter in diameter, serving the purpose of warding off evil spirits. The main pagoda is inlaid with a basalt stele. [Suggested duration of visit] 0.5 hours.
