Hong Yu Hang Introduction

The couple running the restaurant are authentic Penghu locals with a unique perspective and commitment to seafood. To preserve the traditional flavors of Penghu, they insist on not adding any chemical seasonings. To promote the fresh and genuine cuisine of Penghu, they decided 20 years ago to work together in Taiwan, choosing Kaohsiung, a functional and dynamic harbor city, as their home base. Two decades ago, the couple, Lin Xi-hong and his wife, started with a small stall in the Gushan Market. Due to their solid ingredients, fresh raw materials, and semi-open production process, they quickly gained popularity among food lovers in the market and successfully established the Hong Yu Xing brand. As times changed, the Lin couple continually sought innovation and transformation, often launching best-selling products. To uphold consumer rights, Hong Yu Xing consistently maintains high standards in quality and management. To enhance the consumer experience, they began planning the establishment of a factory three years ago, aiming to implement systematic factory management and produce high-quality products that meet food hygiene and safety standards. Their long-term goal is for consumers to associate "Hong Yu Xing" with peace of mind and joy.
