The owners are locals from Penghu with a unique perspective and commitment to seafood. To preserve the traditional flavors of Penghu, they insist on not adding chemical seasonings. To promote the fresh and authentic cuisine of Penghu, the couple decided to move to Taiwan and start their journey in the port city of Kaohsiung 20 years ago. They began with a small stall in the Gushan Market, where their solid ingredients, fresh raw materials, and semi-open preparation process quickly won the hearts of food lovers in the market. Before long, they successfully established the reputation of Hong Yu Xing within the market. As times changed, the couple continued to innovate, frequently launching popular products. In order to uphold high standards in quality and management for the benefit of consumers, they started planning to establish a factory three years ago. With a consumer-focused approach, they aim to implement systematic factory management to produce high-quality products that meet food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring that when consumers hear "Hong Yu Xing," they associate it with safety, reliability, and happiness as part of their long-term goal.
