The owner couple are local people from Penghu, with a unique perspective and commitment to seafood. To preserve the traditional flavors of Penghu, they insist on not adding any chemical seasonings. To promote the fresh and authentic cuisine of Penghu, the couple decided 20 years ago to come to Taiwan and work hard, choosing Kaohsiung, a functional and strong harbor city, as their home. They started as a small vendor in the KEC (Kao Hsiung City) Market, and their use of solid ingredients, fresh raw materials, and a semi-open production process quickly won the favor of gourmet enthusiasts in the market. Before long, they successfully established the reputation of Hong Yu Hang in the market. As times changed, the couple continued to seek innovation and often launched popular new products. In order to uphold consumers' rights, Hong Yu Hang maintains high standards in quality and management. To provide better consumer quality services, they began planning the establishment of a factory three years ago, aiming to implement systematic factory management to produce high-quality products that meet food hygiene and safety standards. Their long-term goal is for consumers to associate "Hong Yu Hang" with peace of mind, trust, and happiness.
