The boss couple is originally from Penghu and has a unique perspective and dedication to seafood. To preserve the traditional flavors of Penghu, they insist on not adding chemical seasonings. To promote the fresh and authentic cuisine of Penghu, the couple decided to come to Taiwan 20 years ago to pursue their dream, choosing Kaohsiung, a functional and vibrant port city, to settle down. Twenty years ago, Mr. Lin and his wife started with a small stall in the Gushan Market. Due to their solid ingredients, fresh raw materials, and semi-open production process, they gained popularity among the food connoisseurs in the market and quickly established the reputation of Hong Yu Xing. With the changing times, the couple continues to innovate and regularly introduces popular products. To uphold consumer rights, Hong Yu Xing consistently sets high standards for quality and management. Three years ago, they began planning to establish a factory, aiming to produce high-quality products that meet food hygiene and safety standards through systematic factory management, with the long-term goal that when consumers hear "Hong Yu Xing," they feel assured, comfortable, and happy.
