The owners, a couple from Penghu, have a unique perspective and commitment to seafood. To preserve the traditional flavors of Penghu, they insist on not adding chemical seasonings. To promote the fresh and authentic cuisine of Penghu, the couple decided to come to Taiwan to strive for success 20 years ago, choosing Kaohsiung, a functional and strong harbor city, as their base. Starting 20 years ago from a small stall in the Guo Shan Market, they quickly gained the favor of food enthusiasts in the market due to their solid ingredients, fresh produce, and semi-open production process, successfully establishing the brand Hong Yu XING. As times changed, the couple continuously sought innovation and often launched popular items. To ensure consumer rights, Hong Yu XING maintains high standards in quality and management. To enhance consumer experience, they started planning to establish a factory three years ago, aiming to produce high-quality products that meet food hygiene and safety standards through systematic factory management, allowing consumers to associate the name “Hong Yu XING” with trust and happiness, which is our long-term goal.
