Hong Yu Hang Introduction
The owner couple is a native of Penghu and has a unique insight and insistence on seafood. To preserve the traditional flavors of Penghu, they refuse to add chemical seasonings. In order to promote fresh and authentic Penghu cuisine, the couple decided to come to Taiwan to work together 20 years ago, choosing Kaohsiung, a strong functional coastal city, to take root. Twenty years ago, the couple, Lin Shih-Hung and his wife, started with a small stall in the Kaohsiung Market. Due to their solid ingredients, fresh raw materials, and semi-open production process, they quickly gained popularity among food enthusiasts in the market, and the reputation of Hong Yu Hang (宏裕行) rose rapidly. With the passage of time, the couple has continuously sought innovation and change, frequently launching popular products. To protect consumer interests, Hong Yu Hang has consistently set high standards for quality and management. Three years ago, they began planning to establish a factory to ensure better consumer quality. Based on the consumer's perspective, they aim to implement systematic factory management to produce high-quality products that comply with food hygiene and safety, with the long-term goal of making customers associate "Hong Yu Hang" with reliability, peace of mind, and happiness.
