The Shuangxin Stone Weir, named for its two heart-shaped stone weirs, is particularly famous.

This traditional fishing method reflects the interdependent lives of the Penghu people and the sea. The Double Heart Stone Weir, named for its two heart-shaped weirs, is located in the Donghu Village of Qimei Township, Penghu, and is also known as "Dingxi Weir." The Double Heart Stone Weir consists of two stone weirs forming a heart shape that, when viewed from above, appear as two interconnected hearts, creating a romantic scene. It is one of the best-preserved stone weirs in the Penghu area.
