On the east and north coasts and cliffs of Qimei Island, taking the coastal road north from Niupuping and going up the slope to a pavilion, one can look down and see the results of years of wave erosion, forming a sea erosion platform that resembles a small Taiwan. This site is alongside the Shuangxin Stone Weir as one of Qimei's popular attractions.

Little Taiwan Introduction

Walking north along the coastal highway from Niou Mother Ridge, you will pass a sloping road that leads up to a pavilion. From there, looking down, you can see the results of years of wave erosion, forming a sea-eroded platform that resembles a small version of Taiwan. In addition to its resemblance to Taiwan, it has also become a popular fishing spot for tourists. The shape of this small Taiwan changes slightly with the tide, making it a sight worth seeing. Remarks：1. The northeast monsoon is strong, so be careful and ride slowly on the motorcycle to avoid losing balance and falling due to side winds. 2. The stone steps leading to the coastal intertidal zone are steep, so wear comfortable shoes for movement and be cautious while climbing.
