Glass Museum Introduction
Admission Information: General Ticket: NT$50 (applicable to the general public); Discount Ticket: NT$30 (for military personnel, police, and students with identification or for groups of 20 or more). Free admission: Hsinchu City residents can enter for free with proof of identification such as ID card, citizen card, or driver's license. Individuals over 65 years old and children under 6 years old. Persons with disabilities can enter for free with their handbook, and one guardian or necessary companion can also enter for free with the handbook. Local junior high and elementary schools in Hsinchu City can apply for group visits. Holders of volunteer honorary cards. Transportation Information: Please check the Zhuchan Transportation Information Network (http://hisatisfy.hccg.gov.tw/PAGE/map/route/index/). Walking route: Exit Hsinchu Train Station => Take the underground passage towards the rear station => After exiting, turn left and walk to the Dongda Road Bridge => Turn right and continue straight to Gongyuan Road => Enter Hsinchu Park to reach the Glass Art Museum. By car: Highway: Take the Hsinchu interchange and drive towards the city (pass National Tsing Hua University and Mackay Memorial Hospital), when you see the overpass, switch to the outer lane and drive on the surface road next to the overpass (☆do not drive onto the overpass), turn left at the second traffic light (Gongyuan Road) and continue straight to reach the destination. From National Highway Route 1 in the direction of Zhongshe to the Glass Art Museum (northbound) from the Xiangshan direction, go straight along Zhonghua Road → turn left and continue on Guo Road → turn right onto the slow lane of Dongda Road and you will arrive at the Glass Art Museum after passing the overpass. From National Highway Route 1 in the direction of Zhongshe to the Glass Art Museum (southbound) after crossing the Touqian River Bridge, go straight along Zhonghua Road → turn right onto Minquan Road and continue straight → turn left onto Minzu Road and continue straight → turn left onto Dongda Road Bridge and continue straight → arrive at the Glass Art Museum.
